30 Days of Yoga

I was so so close to completing my challenge of doing 30 days of yoga over the month of October. I did 29 days out of 30, but one day I was simply too hungover!

The rules were that I would wake up, meditate for at least 20 minutes and then pick a random yoga video of at least 15 minutes off YouTube.

I found that I rapidly improved in flexibility and I had much better concentration, patience and optimism throughout the day than before I started.

I’m fully hooked on yoga and I genuinely believe that it should be compulsory for everyone to do.
